・Manufacturer-certified parts do not perform our repairs. Any repairs we make(Display, Battery, Camera) will void the manufacturer’s warranty and future support services for your device. However, we stand behind our work! If any components fail after our repair, we’ll be happy to look at them for you. 

・Repairs may affect the water-resistance of your device. We cannot guarantee the water resistance of any repaired device.

・We use compatible replacement parts. In some cases, we use original manufacturer parts if they are available and cost-effective. However, our default practice is to use high-quality compatible parts that meet or exceed the original specifications.

・Please note that due to the manufacturing process, there may be slight differences in the color, brightness, luminance, and touch sensitivity of the screen display.

・On many newer devices, the touch screen and the protective glass are fused together. This means that if the glass cracks, the entire display will usually need to be replaced to restore full functionality.

・If the cause of the malfunction is in the logic board, we can replace that but unfortunately replacing the logic board will erase all data on your device. To ensure your important files are safe, we highly recommend backing up your data before the repair. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost data if the logic board replacement proceeds without a prior backup.

・For devices with fingerprint recognition (Touch ID) or facial recognition (Face ID) features, these functions may be disabled if the relevant components are replaced during repair. However, you can still use a passcode or password for secure access to your device.

・We have a high success rate in repairing liquid-damaged devices, however, there’s a possibility of recurring symptoms or malfunctions in specific areas even after the repair. This is because liquid damage can cause corrosion or other internal issues that may not be immediately apparent.

・Please note that our warranty covers only the parts we repaired. It does not cover issues arising from future iOS system updates or any damage to other parts or devices.

・Please note: Repair completion times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and current workload. We will do our best to complete your repair as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on the status of your device.

・Once the repair is complete, if you are unable to pick up your device we’ll hold it for you for two months. During this time, we’ll try to reach you to arrange pickup. If we haven’t heard from you within two months, we’ll consider the repair service abandoned and safely dispose of your device.

  1. More about our Warranty
    • We offer a 3-month warranty, which covers only the repaired part.
    • The regular warranty is void if the repaired part has any signs of damage.
    • The Warranty Plus (paid option) allows one discounted repair even if the repaired part is damaged due to an accident.
    • Water damage is not covered under any warranty.
    • Devices with a history of water damage are not eligible for the standard warranty. (Reason: Water-damaged circuit boards may affect the replaced parts.)
  2. Data Disclaimers
    • Data loss may occur during repairs. We strongly recommend backing up your data before repair.
    • If you are unable to back up your data, we are not responsible for any lost data.
  3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
    • If parts need to be ordered in advance, payment is required upfront.
    • For standard repairs, payment is made after the repair.
    • If the replaced part can be reused, a refund is possible. (Small scratches or minor damage do not qualify for a refund.)
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
  4. Non-Affiliation with Official Repair Centers
    • We are not an official repair center for Apple, Samsung, or any other manufacturer.
    • Our repairs may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. Customer Responsibility
    • Any additional issues caused by the customer after the repair are not covered under warranty.
    • Once the device is disassembled, the manufacturer’s warranty may be voided.
