Today, we faced a major challenge: an iPhone 15 Pro Max with a shattered display and a significantly bent titanium frame.
■ Beyond a Simple Screen Swap
If you install a new screen onto a bent frame, it won’t sit flush. It creates gaps, compromises water resistance, and makes the new glass much easier to break again. Most shops would simply give up and tell you to replace the whole phone. But at Phone Fix Okinawa, we go deeper. To straighten the frame without damaging the sensitive internals, we performed a full teardown:
- Complete Disassembly: Every screw, cable, and the logic board were carefully removed.
- Precision Straightening: Using specialized tools, we reshaped the titanium frame back to its original factory alignment.
- Perfect Reassembly: Returning all components to their rightful place in a now-perfect frame.

The new display fit perfectly with zero gaps. The phone regained its sleek, straight silhouette. The customer was stunned: “I didn’t think it was possible to fix a bent frame like this!”
