The screen repair for the customer’s Galaxy S25 Plus was completed successfully. We immediately texted to let them know, but they were so busy with important work that they couldn’t find the time to come pick up the phone.
Understanding the customer’s urgent need—”I need my phone, but I can’t take the time off”—we made a special offer: “If you’re too busy, should we deliver it to a nearby location?”
We agreed on a meeting spot. However, that’s where the little bit of drama began!
“The customer has no phone, so we have to search for them!”
We knew what the customer looked like, but since their smartphone was being repaired, they couldn’t receive calls or messages from us. We kept missing each other and passing by without noticing one another (laughs).
We didn’t give up, and when we finally met, the customer’s smile was unforgettable.
