Today’s repair story is a wild one. A customer dropped a heavy 45kg dumbbell directly onto their iPhone 17 Pro Max during a workout!

Usually, that would mean a total loss, but here’s the crazy part: the screen and back glass miraculously didn’t break!

⚠️ The Problem: A Severely Bent Frame

While the glass survived, the metal frame took the full force and got badly bent.

• Cases wouldn’t fit anymore.

The iPhone 17 Pro Max is still brand new, and a full housing replacement is incredibly expensive. To save our customer money, we performed a manual frame restoration!

1. Full Disassembly: We carefully removed every single internal component—the logic board, cameras, and battery.
2. Frame Realignment: We applied precision pressure to the empty frame to bend it back into its original, straight shape.
3. Reassembly: Once the frame was perfect, we put everything back together.
